Return Policy 1. Returns Eligibility:

• Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if they are faulty, damaged upon receipt, or not as described.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

4. Shipping Costs:

• You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• For international returns, please ensure you correctly declare the item as a return to avoid additional customs fees.

5. Exceptions:

• Custom orders or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• This return policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under New Zealand law or other applicable laws in your country of purchase.
